Use advice
- Place a small amount of lotion in the hollow of your hand.
- Distribute evenly over the entire desired area, following the direction of the hair.
- Massage gently until complete absorption.
Frequency of use
– Occasional use or in case of intense need:
A daily application, or up to two to three times a day if necessary, can be considered over a short period, depending on the situation and individual tolerance.
– Use in maintenance or prevention:
An application every two to three days may be enough to maintain comfort and preserve balance over time, as needed.
Complementary care routine
As part of a complete care routine, the Casual muscle lotion can be used alternately with the Muscle relaxing poultice, by following a rhythm of one in two application.
