Our tendinitis & spraining poultice is a product for external use, formulated from a mixture of clays naturally rich in minerals and trace elements, associated with a synergy of essential oils rigorously selected to accompany sensitive areas, especially in tendons and ligaments.
Applied in layer to the desired area, it provides a soothing and refreshing effect, while helping to relieve skin and subcutaneous tensions. It can be used after an unusual activity, during a recovery phase or during convalescence, particularly in the event of localized sensitivity or tendon discomfort.
The combined action of these natural assets contributes to limiting swelling, supporting tissue recovery and promoting a return to joint comfort. It accompanies the preservation of mobility, at rest as well as in motion.
Its ready -to -use texture allows a homogeneous application, remains in place during the exposure time and is easily withdrawn after drying, with clear water or using a damp cloth.
This product is particularly suitable for active, sensitive or recovery phase, with tendon or ligament sensitivities.
Use advice
- Apply a layer of poultice to the desired area, following the direction of the hair.
- Leave and dry in the open air.
- Remove once dry, using a soft or water brush.
In the event of the use of protective textiles or bandage, favor breathing materials such as cotton, so as not to hinder the natural drying of the poultice.
Frequency of use
– Occasional use or in case of intense need:
A daily application, or up to two to three times a day if necessary, can be considered over a short period, depending on the situation and individual tolerance.
– Use in maintenance or prevention:
An application every two to three days may be enough to maintain comfort and preserve balance over time, as needed.
