Applied in mild massage, it acts locally to soften the tissues on the surface and accompany the areas stressed after effort or agitation. Its nourishing action helps preserve skin flexibility, relieve light sensitivities and maintain tissue elasticity. It can be used regularly, especially after an unusual activity, a prolonged walk or during a rest phase, in the event of stiffness, fatigue or localized discomfort.

Use advice
- Place a small amount of lotion in the hollow of your hand.
- Distribute evenly over the entire desired area, following the direction of the hair.

Frequency of use
– Occasional use or in case of intense need:
A daily application, or up to two to three times a day if necessary, can be considered over a short period, depending on the situation and individual tolerance.
– Use in maintenance or prevention:
An application every two to three days may be enough to maintain comfort and preserve balance over time, as needed.
Complementary care routine
As part of a complete care routine, the Natural lotion can be used alternately with the Natural poultice, by following a rhythm of one in two application.
