Clay sensitive hooves

After sustained effort, changing shoes or when switching to bare feet, the hooves may become sensitive or overheated.
Our sensitive hoof clay has been specially formulated to provide a soothing, refreshing and decongestant effect, while promoting the recovery of stressed tissues.
Its creamy and adherent texture allows for homogeneous application and prolonged contact, thus optimizing the effectiveness of the treatment.
It helps to relieve overheating, promote tissue relaxation and preserve locomotor comfort, particularly in horses prone to joint, tendon or ligament sensitivities in the foot.
Ideal after work as a recovery routine, or during transition periods such as removing shoes or changing shoes, it accompanies the horse in times when targeted and reinforced hoof care is particularly necessary.
Natural, effective and easy to use, it is easily integrated into the horse's regular care to sustainably support its well-being.

1. Clean the shoe if necessary to remove mud, dust and impurities that could interfere with application.

2. Apply an even layer of clay to the sole, glomes, crown and pastern, going up to the fetlock.

3. Leave to dry naturally in the open air: gradual drying promotes the draining and cleansing action of the clay.

4. Remove once dry, using a soft brush or by lightly rinsing with clean water.

In case of flat sole, you can maintain the poultice using a cohesive band in order to optimize adhesion and duration of action.

In times of increased sensitivity 
Apply the treatment daily, or even up to twice a day if necessary, depending on the condition of the hoof. This frequency promotes targeted action and faster recovery of comfort.

In maintenance or extended support 
One application every two to three days is enough to maintain the health of the foot, prolong the effects of the treatment and support the gradual return to balance.

Illite clay

Peppermint essential oil

Lemon eucalyptus essential oil
