Oil after exercise

After an intense session, a prolonged outing or an unusual effort, Post-Exertion Oil is used in massage to promote muscle relaxation and support the horse's natural recovery.
Its fluid, non-greasy texture facilitates a precise and pleasant gesture, while diffusing a feeling of beneficial freshness which soothes the stressed areas.
It is particularly recommended when returning to work, after sustained training or for horses prone to stiffness and aches. Used both on the limbs and on the body, it helps to preserve relaxation, comfort and muscular flexibility on a daily basis.

1. Take a small amount of oil in the palm of your hand.

2. Apply evenly to the desired area, in the direction of the hair growth.

3. Massage gently until completely absorbed to promote relaxation and optimize recovery.

After an intense effort
One to three applications per day can be carried out over a short period, depending on the level of demand and the sensitivity of the horse.

In interview after session
One application every two to three days is generally sufficient to maintain comfort, flexibility and recovery.

Complementary care routine
The Oil after exercise can be used alternately with theClay after effort, applying it the next day or after removing the poultice.
This alternation helps prolong the effects of relaxation while promoting circulation and tissue elasticity.

Grape seed vegetable oil

St. John's wort oily macerate
Known for its soothing and softening properties, it helps relax stressed tissues and promotes muscle comfort after exercise.

Peppermint essential oil
Its immediate refreshing effect provides a pleasant feeling of freshness. It helps to soothe overheating and boost recovery.

Fragrant wintergreen essential oil
Naturally rich in salicylates, it is traditionally used to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation.

Fine lavender essential oil
Soothing and relaxing, it supports the overall relaxation of the body and mind while providing a soft and balanced olfactory note.

Pistachio mastic essential oil
Known for its tonic properties, it helps stimulate microcirculation and provides a feeling of lightness at the end of the session.
