Our muscular casual poultice is a product for external use, from a mixture of clays naturally rich in minerals and trace elements, associated with a synergy of essential oils selected to accompany the muscle relaxation and the comfort of the stressed areas.
Applied as a layer on the desired area, it provides an immediate enveloping sensation and acts locally to soothe surface tensions, limit stiffness after effort and promote natural recovery of muscle tissues. It can be used after sustained physical activity, in the event of temporary fatigue or during unusual requests.

- Leave and dry in the open air.
- Remove once dry, using a soft or water brush.
In the event of the use of coverage on the body or bands on the limbs, favor breathable materials such as cotton, so as not to hinder the natural drying of the poultice.
Frequency of use
– Occasional use or in case of intense need:
A daily application, or up to two to three times a day if necessary, can be considered over a short period, depending on the situation and individual tolerance.
– Use in maintenance or prevention:
An application every two to three days may be enough to maintain comfort and preserve balance over time, as needed.
