Directions for use
1. Take a small amount of oil in the palm of your hand.
2. Apply evenly to the affected area (muscles, legs, back), always in the direction of the hair.
3. Massage slowly and gently to promote muscle relaxation and better recovery after exercise.
Application frequency
After intense effort or sustained activity
Apply once or twice a day to stressed areas (muscles, tendons, joints), for a few days, depending on the level of fatigue or stiffness observed.
A light circular massage promotes penetration of the product and stimulates local circulation, contributing to better recovery.
In maintenance after regular activity
One application every two to three days is generally sufficient to preserve muscle flexibility and avoid post-exercise stiffness.
