Return and Refund Policy

At Cura naturale, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our returns policy distinguishes between two situations:

  1. The right of withdrawal: You have changed your mind (valid 14 days after receipt).

  2. Non-compliant or defective products: Your product has a defect (covered by legal guarantees).

 

1. The Right of Withdrawal (14 days to change your mind)

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

  • Return conditions:

    • The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.

    • It must be returned in its complete original packaging.

    • Unsealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection are not eligible for withdrawal.

  • Return costs: As part of a withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the item are at your expense.

  • Refund: After inspection and validation of the return, we will provide a full refund of your order (product price + initial delivery costs) via the same payment method than the one used at the time of purchase. 

2. Non-compliant or defective Products (Legal Guarantees)

If you notice that a product is defective, damaged or does not comply with your order, it is covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, as detailed in Article 9 of our General Conditions of Sale.

  • Return conditions: You must contact us as soon as possible after noticing the defect.

  • Return costs: In the case of a defective product, the shipping costs for returning the item are entirely at our expense. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse you for shipping costs upon presentation of proof.

  • Solution: Depending on the situation and your choice, we can exchange, repair or fully refund your order.

3. How to make a return?

  1. Contact us first: Before any return, please contact us by email at contact@cura-naturale.fr indicating:

    • Your order number.

    • The product(s) you wish to return.

    • The reason for the return.

  2. Prepare your package: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase or delivery note.

  3. Ship the package: Send the package to the following address:

    We recommend using a tracking service for shipping. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of the package by the carrier.

4. Reimbursement processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Deadline: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days maximum and credited directly to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal account, etc.).

  • Case of payment with Alma: If you used Alma for payment in installments, the refund will be initiated via their platform and adjustments will be made to your remaining monthly payments or refunded to your account.

5. Special cases

  • Gift cards: Gift cards are not refundable.

  • Exchanges: For reasons of logistical simplicity, we do not carry out standard exchanges. If you would like another product, we invite you to return the original item to us for a refund and place a new order.
