Description
Changes in diet, periods of stress (travel, absence, arrival of a new animal) or certain digestive sensitivities can weaken the dog's intestinal balance.
Our edible clay, presented in the form of a fine powder to mix with the ration, provides natural, gentle and effective support for the digestive system.
Thanks to its absorbent and soothing properties, it helps maintain gastrointestinal comfort, regulate transit in the event of occasional imbalance, support the intestinal flora and the assimilation of nutrients, and limit excessive fermentation and bloating.
It can be used for prevention, during sensitive periods (change of food, stress, convalescence, transport), and as support, in the event of temporary digestive disorders or loss of state.
Used as a one-off treatment or over several weeks as needed, it helps preserve lasting digestive comfort and the overall well-being of the dog.
Directions for use
Edible clay can be used in two ways, depending on habits and ease of administration:
• Mixed with the ration, ideally with a little water to promote good homogenization.
• Diluted in water, then administered using a syringe if necessary.
For optimal effectiveness, be sure to space out the clay intake by at least 2 hours from any other complementary food or medication. Clay can in fact absorb certain substances and limit their assimilation.
Dosage
Administer 3 g per 10 kg of body weight per day.
Application frequency
As one-off support
Food clay can be used over a few days in the event of slowed or accelerated transit, bloating or temporary digestive discomfort.
It helps absorb gas, soothe the intestinal mucosa and restore good digestive balance.
It can also be given after transport, a change in diet or any event likely to disrupt the intestinal flora.
To prevent digestive imbalances
A course of 2 to 3 weeks can be carried out before or during a risky period, for example during seasonal changes, changes in diet, or to accompany drug treatment.
The clay then acts as gentle support for intestinal balance and digestive comfort.
As regular support
For dogs with sensitive digestion (elderly animals, prone to stress, or with fragile stomachs), a preventive treatment of 7 days per month can be beneficial.
Additional information: In the event of very soft or liquid stools, the daily dose may be slightly increased, always in agreement with your veterinarian, then interrupted as soon as a normal consistency returns.

Detailed composition
Illite clay
Naturally rich in minerals and trace elements, illite is distinguished by its absorbent and purifying power. It helps capture and neutralize certain unwanted substances present in the digestive tract (gases, toxins, heavy metals), thus promoting a healthier and more balanced intestinal environment.
Kaolinite clay
Particularly soft and well tolerated, kaolinite forms a light protective film on the digestive mucosa. It helps soothe intestinal irritations and supports digestive comfort during periods of sensitivity (change of diet, stress, transition of season).
Montmorillonite clay
Recognized for its strong binding and ionic exchange capacity, montmorillonite contributes to the elimination of impurities and the regulation of intestinal transit. It also helps maintain the normal consistency of stools and supports the intestinal flora, essential to the dog's good digestive health.
