1. Take a small amount of oil in the palm of your hand.

2. Apply delicately to the area concerned, following the direction of the hair for better distribution of the treatment.

3. Massage gently and slowly, until completely absorbed, to promote the penetration of natural active ingredients and stimulate local circulation.

One-off or targeted application
In case of specific need (swelling, heaviness, slight stiffness), apply once or twice a day, or even up to three times depending on the sensitivity of the area concerned.
A gentle, slow massage promotes oil penetration, stimulates local circulation and helps relax tissues.

Regular maintenance or circulatory support application
For prevention or to maintain muscular and circulatory comfort, one application every two to three days is enough to maintain the lightness and flexibility of the limbs.
