Sun balm

When the sun's rays become too intense, certain sensitive areas of the dog's skin require appropriate protection.
Our sun balm, tested in the laboratory and equipped with a very high SPF 50+ protection index, forms a natural reflective film which helps protect the skin from redness, photosensitization and sunburn.
Its rich and resistant texture offers long-lasting hold, even outdoors or in humid environments, while nourishing and softening weakened areas.
Versatile, it can be used as prevention, before exposure, to protect the skin; as a soothing treatment, after irritation or prolonged exposure, in order to restore skin comfort and suppleness.

Ideal for light, lightly pigmented or hairless areas (nose, chin, ears, stomach, pads), this balm is an essential ally during the summer period. A protective, nourishing and soothing treatment, designed to preserve the health and skin comfort of your dog throughout the sunny days.

1. Take a small amount of balm.

2. Melt it between your hands: its texture then transforms into a fine, easy-to-apply oil.

3. Apply directly to the affected area.

4. Distribute evenly over the entire surface to be protected.

5. Massage gently until completely absorbed to promote penetration of the active ingredients.

Application according to exposure
Apply one to three times a day depending on exposure conditions (sun, friction, humidity, etc.) and your dog's sensitivity.

Maintenance app
For maintenance, application every two to three days helps preserve skin comfort and maintain the skin's natural protective barrier.

Complementary care routine
Before application, gently clean the area with the Sanitizing shampoo or theSanitizing hydrosol, especially in the event of dirt or accumulation of impurities.
If the skin is irritated or crusted, start with theRestorative clay to purify and soothe before applying the balm.

Shea butter
Rich and nourishing, it helps preserve the skin's natural hydration, strengthens the skin barrier and brings suppleness and comfort to exposed areas.

Zinc oxide without nanoparticles
Mineral filter with barrier effect, it naturally reflects UV rays and protects the skin from the effects of the sun. Gentle and non-irritating, it is ideal for sensitive skin.

Grape seed vegetable oil
Rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, it supports skin elasticity and helps limit oxidative stress linked to sun exposure.

Karanja vegetable oil
Naturally endowed with photoprotective properties, it strengthens the skin's defenses against the sun while preserving the skin's balance.

Linseed vegetable oil
Rich in omega-3, it soothes, softens and supports the hydrolipidic film, strengthening the skin's resistance to external aggressions.

Candelilla wax
Provides consistency and hold to the balm, while reinforcing the barrier effect without creating an occlusive film.

Sunflower wax
Structures the formula and gives a supple, melting and non-sticky texture, pleasant to apply.

Karanja seed extract
A plant active ingredient with soothing and photoprotective properties, it helps the skin to better tolerate prolonged exposure while supporting its natural balance.
