Description
When humidity sets in, the hoof horn weakens and becomes more sensitive to softening. Formulated specifically for these conditions, our Wet Hoof Ointment creates a long-lasting protective barrier that helps preserve the quality, strength and natural resistance of the hoof.
Its rich and adherent texture allows precise application to the most exposed areas, such as the sole, wall, glomas and coronal rim.
Used regularly, it deeply nourishes the horn while limiting the harmful effects of humidity.
This treatment is particularly recommended for horses living in soggy pastures, on muddy ground or in boxes with damp litter.
This treatment is available in two colors: natural or black. The black version, enriched with activated vegetable charcoal, reinforces protection against humidity while providing an intense black tint.
Directions for use
1. Clean the hoof carefully before application, to remove any traces of mud, dust or impurities that could limit the adhesion of the treatment.
2. Apply the ointment using a brush to the entire hoof, covering the wall as well as the sole and the frog if necessary.
3. Pay particular attention to the periople and sensitive or exposed areas, to reinforce protection and promote even hydration.
